Energy Reduction Guarantee- If we don't save you at least the specified energy savings on your proposal we will pay the difference.
On Time Guarantee- If we don't complete the work within the days we agree on we will take $100 off the price.
24 Hour Service Guarantee- If you have a problem during the warranty period, we'll have cooling or heating in your home within 24 hours or we'll pay for you to spend the night in a hotel (temporary cooling or heating may apply).
No Lemon Compressor Guarantee- If the compressor fails within 5 years we will replace the entire cooling system with a new one, FREE.
No Lemon Heater Guarantee- If the heat exchanger fails within 5 years we will replace the entire Heater with a new one, FREE.
Clean Home Guarantee- If we don't leave the work area as clean as it was before we started you save another $100
Comfort Guarantee- We guarantee there will be no more than a certain (usually 2 deg.) degree temperature difference between rooms or we will rebalance the air distribution for free.
