How it works

It is very simple to get started all you need to do is have us come out for a tune-up or we can give you a FREE evaluation of your system after the evaluation we will let you know how long your term will be and your monthly cost. Your term will vary depending on the age of your equipment typically we will set this up on any system 8yrs. or younger. There are no contracts to lock you in, it can be cancelled at any time.

Small Parts

If you have a minor breakdown such as a contactor, capacitor, relay, etc, the part and labor will be completely FREE. And you will have heating or cooling within 24 hours guaranteed! There will be no out of pocket expense for these repairs.

Major Repairs

When you have a major repair you will receive free labor to replace the part. These repairs consist of compressors, heat exchangers, and all coils. Most major components are typically covered under the manufacturers parts warranty for anywhere from 5 years to 20 years from the date of installation. What this means is if the part is covered under the manufacturers warranty the major repairs will be FREE. If the part is not covered under the manufacturers warranty the part will be billed at the normal rate but the labor is still FREE. The Typical labor cost for a Heat Exchanger replacement is $952.00. With this agreement your cost for labor would be $0. And you will have heating or cooling within 24 hours guaranteed!

Tune-Up

With this agreement you will receive 2 tune-ups per year. You will get one tune-up for you’re air conditioner and one for your heater. This is a $320 per year value that is included. It is like changing the oil in your car. You wouldn't drive 40,000 miles without changing your oil. Your heating and air conditioning system will last longer and work more efficiently if a regular tune-up is performed.
